The links work using Google Chrome browser

I downloaded Google Chrome browser and had no problems making the links work on my blog. Now to test Facebook and all the others with problems.

Why don't my links work

Many of the links on web pages I visit do not work. I click, get a new blank screen. The only thing to do is close it. I have tried easing the firewall, setting compatibility for all pages, and removing the pop-up blocker. Nothing works to make the links connect.

P.S. I'm usng IE 9.
Thinking about using the Google browser. I'll let you know.

Still testing

Pro 16:2 All a man's ways seem innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the LORD.

Does this verse mean that criminals actually think the evil they do is right?

A person may seem innocent in what he does, but God knows if his motives are pure because he sees the human heart. If the criminal thought it was right, he wouldn't feel the need to work in the dark and hide afterwards.

How do we know we are right or wrong? We study God's word, the Holy Bible, and meet regularly with Christians.

First Time Out

January 17, 2011

Well, sir, I couldn't hold out any longer. Just have to see what this blogging is all about.

I teach a ladies' Bible Study class each Sunday morning at First Baptist in Kennedale, Texas; attend Bible study each Tuesday at the home of a Christian Arab. She is my inspiration.

I begin studying Monday for Sunday. Now we are studying the books of Kings. My material covers too much in a short time. I have thoughts about creating my own Bible study, something that fits my ladies better than these speed classes.

My special verses for today are:

Isa 49:15 "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
Isa 49:16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. (NIV)

God is talking to the Israelites, but we can claim the verses for ourselves. He will hold us in the palms of his hands. We are safe and warm there.
